Power Automate to remove MS form information from a SP list if the information has been deleted from the response section on MS Forms

I have a Power Automate set up to transfer information entered on a MS form to a SP list. Is there a way to set up another power automate to remove the item from the SP list, if the information on the MS form is deleted from the Responses/ View Results section on the MS Form?

Hi @egarretson

Currently there is no trigger on Power Automate that triggers a flow when a response is deleted or when an excel row is deleted so this is not achievable and the SP item will have to be deleted manually.
