connection issue

The connections i used to my flow are only working if i upload a file , if any other user upload the file its not processing, in the flow i'm getting this error
Graph API request failed. Error code is 'itemNotFound'. Error message is 'Item not found'.

    Please could you share the full flow and the configuration for the “Get table ID” action? I can’t see an action with that name, so I assume it’s a renamed step.

    This error happens because the flow is connected to your personal OneDrive/Excel context. When you upload the file, the flow finds it. But when another user uploads, the file lives in their drive, so Graph API returns "itemNotFound".

    Move the file storage to a shared SharePoint document library (or a shared OneDrive folder) that all users can access. Update your flow actions (“Get file content”, “Get table ID”) to point to that shared location. This way, the flow always sees the file regardless of who uploads.
     
    For multi‑user scenarios, avoid personal OneDrive connections. Use a shared library or a service account connection so the flow runs consistently.
