I'm trying power automation for UI flows with ServiceNow platform.Power Automate identifies every field and functionality except Dropdowns.I dont know what is the issue.Every dropdowns item's ID is also different.

While recording , when i cllick on dropdown , list doesnt show anything. But when i try to add UI element , its adding .

Please can someone help me in this?

Why its now recognising only dropdowns?

How can i overcme this hurdle?

    @kshinde Could you please try below:

    get the Ui element of the downarrow that is used in the dropdownlist.
    Then use sendkeys to choose what ever you like.

    Hello @kshinde

    I looked at Select2 documentation and this is how you could select options with JavaScript. In this example "EMEA" is selected:

      $('#mySelect2').val('EMEA');
      $('#mySelect2').trigger('change');

    See flow solution at: https://power.automate.gallery/AWUWJdW9gD7e

    @Ankesh_49 downarrow is embedded in that field , no seperate structure for that

    its behaving same , flow cannot identify that UI element at the time of running
