I am trying to use the List Rows Present in a Table, but it keeps occurring the same error. Does someone know how to fix it?

Looks like some permission issue. Can you store the file in some other sharepoint site where you have full access and see if it makes any different?

Can you share me more detail about the error ? the file is store in OneDrive or Sharepoint ?
The file is in Sharepoint.
