Hello Everyone.

This is quite urgent, two flows (one is a copy of the other) no longer run or can be edited.

They display the message 'Failed to deserialize Controls'.

Correlation id: 7d32ca4d-4794-4f77-904b-f5ccd27780a9

I'm running PAD version 2.27.00186.22340

Can anyone help me get my flows working again please?

Regards.

If you're from West Europe, and using Azure VM. There are some Status Errors: https://status.azure.com/nl-nl/status

Which means you might have to reconnect your machines.

Thank you for replying @momlo   I am not sure how it applies to me?  I cannot even edit my flow to see if there are any issues.  Do you have any advice?

@OkanAT , Thank you also for replying.  All I know is that my flow no longer works, and I am panicking as I have been working on it for months and I don't want to start again.

Thanks to you both for your time and effort.

Are you using work account or personal?

If work account - export your flow to local computer to have the backup

Then I would check if the flow can be edited if you login to PAD on different machine - to see if this is flow issue or your machine issue

@momlo I am using a work account.  I tried a different machine, same error.

I'm really upset now, I don't want to have to start all over again.  I have no idea how to fix this or even what I did wrong to cause it.

    Regards.

Try to reboot your machine. Shut it off and on. Worked for me

    • @OkanAT I did that, just tried the flows again, still don't work.  I guess I have to start all over again.

I'm supposed to deliver that flow as Production ready to my boss very soon, and now I have to start from the beginning.  Most likely not going to be a fun conversation, similar to 'the dog ate my homework'.

    Thanks, Microsoft.
