SharePoint Invalid Connection for one user (worked before)

Hello Community,

I have a document approval flow set up in a SharePoint library (button/trigger flow). It has been working fine for all users. Last week one particular user started getting an error message when trying to run the flow (previously he'd had no issue).

The error says that his SharePoint connection is invalid.

Any ideas what the issue could be?

kind regards,

Lorinda

    Hi @lorinda_abey

Recently, user might have changed his/her account password. You could try adding new connection option at the bottom of invalid connection error.

If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

Hey @lorinda_abey Surely something has changed...

As @ManishSolanki mentioned you can create a new connection or update the existing connection

    To update the existing connection

    1. Sign in to Power Automate.

    2. On the left navigation pane, select Data > Connections.

You can click on Switch account and update the credential... That way it will not create a new connection but update the connections in all of your Flows(Power Automate).
