Hallo zusammen,

ich habe aktuell folgenden Flow in Power Automate und komme beim Thema Dateianhang aus MS Forms nicht weiter.

Ist-Zustand

Ich nutze ein Microsoft Forms Formular als internes Ticketformular.

Flow-Aufbau:

Trigger:

Bei Übermitteln einer neuen Antwort

→ Der Flow startet automatisch nach dem Absenden des Formulars.

Aktion:

Antwortdetails abrufen

→ Alle Formularfelder stehen danach zur Verfügung.

Bedingungen:

Es wird geprüft, welche Abteilung im Formular ausgewählt wurde (z. B. IT).

Wenn Abteilung = IT:
- Versand einer E-Mail an die IT-Abteilung
  - Wenn Nein:
→ Nächste Abteilung / nächste Bedingung

Kurz gesagt:

Der Flow prüft die ausgewählte Abteilung und verschickt eine individuell gestaltete E-Mail an die zuständige Stelle.

Problem / Wunsch

Ich habe das Formular jetzt um eine „Datei hochladen“-Frage erweitert.

Die Datei wird im Formular auch korrekt hochgeladen.

Mein Problem:

Ich schaffe es nicht, diesen Anhang in Power Automate mit der E-Mail zu verschicken.

In den Antwortdetails sehe ich nur Links/Infos zur Datei
Ich bekomme den eigentlichen Dateiinhalt nicht sauber als Mail-Anhang eingebunde

Frage

Hat jemand ein funktionierendes Beispiel oder eine Erklärung:

wie man den Datei-Upload aus Microsoft Forms korrekt verarbeitet
und die hochgeladene Datei als E-Mail-Anhang mitsendet?

There is a little caveat, not that it means there is an issue, but one thing matters is if this is a Personal Form or a Group form, because Personal Forms get stored in your personal one drive, the other goes into SharePoint.

But if you look up there are bazillions, I have answered this tons so have others.

You can (there are other ways) use the json(question) expression to get your data. But here are some examples.

Vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Erklärung und den Videolink.

Auf meiner Seite hat alles perfekt funktioniert Der Hinweis zu persönlichen vs. Gruppenformularen und der Verwendung der json(question) Ausdruck hat mein Problem gelöst.
