You can share it with a team, instead of a single person. To do that, you would first need to create a team and add the people there. Then, you can share your flows with the entire team. If someone in that team should at some point stop having access (moves to a different dept, or leaves the company), you simply remove them from the team. If new people join, you add them. This way you only need to modify the team itself, and do not need to modify each flow that has been shared.
