Hi,

I have been using Mark as read for shared mail box ( v 2 ) for quite a while successfully and then it stopped on 25th Apr 2020. the error I am receiving is as follows :

I am using the same connection to trigger this flow when ever we get emails with attachments , all other steps work fine ,

1. reading subject

2. Get attachment name

3. Load to S FTP

4. Mark email as read (This is where it fails)

msflow error read email.PNG

I have tried doing V 3 , V 2 with mailbox name , with out the mailbox. and also removing the people with whom I shared this flow.

Nothing works.

    Hi @ansumanpattnaik,

    Please try the two methods:

    1. Ask your Office 365 Administrator or your organization's Helpdesk if they are able to reset the password for the account. They may look at you a bit strange - you should reference this article. This sort of thing is certainly outside the norm.

    2.  If you cannot get help internally, escalate a ticket to Microsoft Support if you have not already, explain the issue and ask them to reset the password and provide the credentials to you.

    Best Regards,
