hi team,

i have sharepoint lists with all ideas listed and owned by more than 1 user.

i want to track the progress of the ideas on a specific date offering support and solutions

so like to send outlook reminders per initiative to all those owners/ users of that initiative / idea.

like 7 initiatives- 1 initiative per row, with multiple users per initiative

owner name is stored as email address(official) but as display name in lists

i have ran the power automate in designer mode using copilot( as i do not know about Power automate)

for custom inputted users/ owner we are able to send reminders but

when we try to adjust the code to take owners from the sharepoint lists tab error in the code.

Please share a screen shot of your flow so we can see what you've done. Be sure to show the configuration of the actions (redact any sensitive information). Also, share the error message you get, and the action you get it in. Finally, is the field in your SharePoint list where you store the e-mail address a people field or single line of text?

Normally, you would do something like this:

Create a scheduled flow for that runs daily.

Use a get items action with a filter query to get the items where today's date minus two days equals your date field in the list.

Check if any items are found, and if so, use an apply to each to send the e-mail.

Do u want one email per initiative or all initiatives for one owner in one email?

Lists is saved as people field (im not sure) though we set it as email address
I'm looking one outlook reminder per initiative and in one initiative we may have more than one owner.
I have attached the word doc with all the information

-Sharepoint list details

error message - Action 'Send_an_email_(V2)_2' failed: Bad Request - To Field cannot be null or empty
