Straight up doing the wrong thing

Hi! I have a Flow set up to send an email when a form response is submitted. However, it is now sending an incorrect email to the incorrect recipient. Anyone else experienced this? It seems like Power Automate is straight up failing to work correctly. :(

    This is not an usual behavior. To be honest, I never saw this type of problem before, unless when there was an accidental change on the connections or overwriting of environment variables - both were cause by user error. Anyway, Microsoft sometimes surprises us with new bugs, so I will ask you a few questions to try to identify where is the problem :)
     
    When exactly did these issues start to happen?
     
    You say that it's now sending the email to the incorrect recipient - how is this recipient configured? Are you using an environment variable or dynamic content? If this is a dynamic content, from where is it reading information?
     
    You also mentioned that it's sending an "incorrect email" - are you talking about the email body? If yes, what is the content sent by Power Automate and what is the expected output?
