Hi Dear,
Please I have a sharepoint library with files inside. Some are shared with some users. I would like to get all sharing information for all the files and save this information in a sharepoint list using power automate. See attached what I am trying to achieve. I have difficulties to retreive the information for activity regarding each file.

Do you mean you want to check if a document has unique permissions/role assignments? Or do you mean sharing with external guests/users?

In case of the first scenario you might want to check if a file has unique permissions first. Below is an example of that request.

    _api/web/lists(guid'@{parameters('SPO_Library_PowerUsers_Tagging (exp_SPO_Library_PowerUsers_Tagging)')}')/items(@{items('Apply_to_each')?['ID']})?$select=HasUniqueRoleAssignments

    Hi

Yes I am not sure what you are asking for. Are you trying to duplicate that permissions from the file in SharePoint to another SharePoint? or are you just trying to create a file with the information?

@Expiscornovus  in fact I want to get sharing information for all the content of the sharepoint library, like if you open your Onedrive library you can see easily the sharing information and activity. This information not appearing natively in the sharepoint library. I was thinking about retreiving this information using Sharepoint HTTP api to populate a separated sharepoint list. But at the end, I would like to display sharing information in a sharepoint library. Thank you

There used to be a Shared With column in SharePoint libraries as well. But I think Microsoft removed that column from the views because it was not very reliable:

But, you can still use that request of my first reply. After that if it has unique permissions you can use roleassignments method to retrieve those unique permissions.

Hi @Expiscornovus, Thank you for the links, I tried the first link and I was able to generate a csv report with all the sharing informations I was looking for. Now I would to automate this extraction and save the informations for example in a sharepoint list or in a sharepoint library (folder). I will try your second link and let you know as soon as possible.
