Add a flow when SharePoint folder gets new files an email goes out

Is there a way to turn this on for individual folders without having to rewrite the flow to that specific folder every time. It seems like "rules" would allow this but then it ends up doing it for the entire sharepoint library. The alerts are being depreciated when this was a super easy thing, turn on whenever new files are added, email me, the end. This is seems overly complicated and searching online has not provided any comparable solutions.

    Yes, Microsoft is actively retiring the classic SharePoint Alerts feature, which is why the old “easy per-folder email when a file is added” experience is disappearing.
     
     
    Below are the 2 approaches that you can use for notify: 
     
    #1. Create Rules 
    - You can create Rules to send email notifications when items are added or changed in a list or library. However, Rules apply to the entire library, not individual folders.
     
    #2. Create Power Automate 
    - You can create a Power Automate flow triggered when a file or item is created and then add a “Send an email” action to notify users..

    I appreciate that, I was just looking for something a bit simpler for a user to create on their own. I know the SharePoint UI has changed but it still shows the alerts options with the new UI, I'm wondering if the road map shows what other changes we could expect and if they have a different option that can replace the alerts more easily. Right now the only option we can use is to have a condition otherwise it will receive notifications for everything: 
     Please let me know if there is a better option?
