    What Word extension are you using on the file when you create it in OneDrive and try to convert it to PDF?

    .docx

    As a test, can you make sure the WORD document itself is getting generated correctly (i.e., from your first Create File action). Just see if it opens up properly in Word.

    Yes i have verified that proper file .docx is created in my designated folder path. The doc is readable

    Sorry, hate to be redundant but how about the Word file on OneDrive (Create file2). I should have said that in my first message as well.

    Hi, you are right. The file cannot be opened. This is the error;

    Can you provide screenshot of the after run data for the Create File 2 action?

    Based on your questions, i somehow manage to run the flow with some minor amendment to the create file 2 (i renamed it as "Create Temporary File in Onedrive". Screenshot below

    Ill consider this as solved. Thanks for pointing out the problem area for me to review

    If you look at the url in the error I think you may be using the wrong filename.  You listed the folder in the step as /documents but the url is trying to open /documents/export/pdf/  Either the filename is mising and the folder is actually /documents/export or the file name should be export.pdf not export/pdf.

    Yes, the problems are two fold after further checking. having initially set the temporary file to be created in document folder is confusing because i have multiple onedrive with the same document folder name. Hence i created a specific folder "Words to PDF" and managed to connect to the right folder.

    In addition, i also picked the wrong content and have corrected in the latest flow. It is finally working. Thanks.
