Send an Email from Power BI table to certain group # mapped out in Excel table

I want to be able to pull a power bi table and send email to that center saying they have a variance listed. I have started by doing a run a query against a dataset and am able to successfully run, but do not know where to go from there. The below is a summary of what I'm trying to do in Power Automate:
  • Pull rows from a Power BI table (Distribution Center, Variance, Grouping)

  • Look up who belongs to each grouping (from Excel in SharePoint)

  • Send each grouping their own email
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
