create items and delete them sharepoint list

Dear Team,

I have two SharePoint lists:

  • SharePoint List A (contains the main database)

  • SharePoint List B

I created a Power Automate flow so that when the value of the “Remove Hold” column in List A is changed to Yes, the entire row is created in SharePoint List B.
This part is working correctly.

However, if the value is changed to Yes by mistake and I later change it back to No in SharePoint List A, I want the corresponding item that was already created in SharePoint List B to be deleted automatically.

Currently, the item remains in List B, which causes data inconsistency.

I would appreciate your assistance, as this issue has been challenging and I have not found a clear explanation or solution on YouTube.

Kind regards,

Just quickly thinking about how to solve this, then I would add two columns to List A something like a:
    • RowID (Number)
    • DeleteListBRow (Yes/No)
The List B would also have the RowID column when it is created so that you can identify the same row in List A and List B based on this RowID. For the DeleteListBRow then this would be toggled when you change the List A row "Remove Hold" to No so then the flow only deletes a row from List B when a row in List A "Remove Hold" is changed back to No and the DeleteListBRow has been changed to Yes.

One last clean up I would do is when the row is deleted from List B then change the DeleteListBRow back to No.

If these suggestions help resolve your issue. Please consider marking the answer as such.
