I made a flow for my team. Now I want other teams to run copies of the flow, but my license will not support that many actions. How can I ensure that the multiple copies I am about to make will run on the licenses of specific users?
The flow is triggered by a Microsoft Form submission. It takes the submitted files, extracts data using a script, then sends out two emails and adds the data extracted to tables for records. My flow connects to Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and Forms. I have gathered that I may need to make a copy of the Form with someone else as the owner, and change the Form connection to their account. Will that solve this issue? In addition, if I am adding data to a table in each of our OneDrives, will that result in the actions counting against both of our license limits? Thanks!
You can use the "Send a copy" feature to send copies of your Flow to others. They will be required to provide their own credentials when configuring the Flow.
Any runs of the Flow will be attributable to the user to whom you sent the Flow.
