I'm looking for a solution to automatically hide or remove approved approval requests from view after a set period, such as 7 or 14 days. I was wondering if Power Automate could be used to achieve this. Ideally, I'd like these requests to be either filtered out, archived, or moved to a separate list after the specified time period, so that my approval list remains focused on more recent items.
Has anyone set up a similar workflow in Power Automate or know how to configure this? Any insights, best practices, or tutorials would be greatly appreciated!
