Hi everyone,

I'm using Power Automate Cloud with an AI Builder Document Processing model that I successfully trained and published.

My flow is:

Manually trigger a flow

Google Drive – Get file content using ID

AI Builder – Process documents

When I run the flow, it fails at the Process documents action with the following error:

Flow run failed. Missing Copilot Credit or AI Builder credit capacity. You don't have Copilot Credit or AI Builder credit capacity in this environment.

Run details:

Status: Failed

Error: 403 Forbidden

Client Tracking ID: 08584188943901684293758987253CU13

Action Tracking ID: 38cfe15e-981d-49b4-93f0-d8483613eb7e

My AI Builder model is published, and I can select it in the Process documents action.

License: Power Automate Premium

    This means you need to allocate some credits to the environment. You do this from the admin center under licensing > capacity add-ons:
     
    Click on AI Builder credits and you can then choose the environment and amount to allocate to that environment. Here is additional information Capacity add-ons for Power Apps and Power Automate - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn
