Previously MS form and SP list was set to single line of text, but staff key in more than 255 char hence it resulted in the above error. i have set the MS form to longer text and SP list to multiple line of text instead. However, the function or formula set previously does not seems to work. I delete and add back the create item 1 but still having the error. The field of the error was field_5. Can anyone of you help?
