Cant find the Sharepoint lists in trigger and actions

Hey guys,

I created 3 Flows in Automate with Test Sharepoint lists. They all worked fine. I created the Live lists yesterday and wanted to exchange the Test lists with the actual productive ones.

When i want to choose the sharepoint sites, i ca not find them in the dropdown that opens.

even copy pasting the url into the field make a change, i can not choose the lists.

how can i resolve this?

i only have the new designer on hand ... still not used to it hahaha where can i find it in the new designer?

still did not change a thing, when i put the url in the site adress field myself i get the error msg that "no values match your search" the screenshot is a list of my connection references.

is it a difference if it is a sharepoint site behind a teams channel or a sharepoint site created in sharepoint itself?

Hi @mmbr1606 ,

Do you mean that new tables that need to be added are in other sites?
For SP lists created in teams, you need to select the corresponding team site address.
By the way, is the site address you entered in the correct format?
Take my Teams site address as an example:

yes i am using https://ourcompanyname.sharepoint.com/sites/proelvisworks

colleague of mine has the same issues right now

i now searched again, was able to find the correct list at the bottom but still getting this error above. does it work now or not? lool

issue is solved, i took away the permissions of my service account to the sharepoint lists and added them again. that solved the issue
