Triggers not tripping on long established processes

Over the last week or two I have had multiple cloud flows fail to trigger on established processes. These have been running for years up until last week. 

IE email comes in > triggers flow to save attachment.  saved file triggers desktop flow. 
 
Either the email save or the file save tigger for the desktop flow will not work, no  error just nothing happens.

    Have you gone to the connections tab in Power Automate and checked if you have any expired connection references? This can cause this to happen, although normally you'd be prompted when you open the flow that a connection reference needs to be updated.
     
    If that is not the case, and without knowing the trigger of your flow, it could be a number of possible issues. For example, are you using a SharePoint trigger? Did someone delete, change, or add any fields used by the flow? If you have a flow that uses trigger conditions and a field in the trigger condition were deleted, that will prevent the flow from triggering.

    No expired connections. The two triggers are 
    1) When an email arrives, filtered by subject; save the attachment. 
    2) when a new file is created (one drive for business); upload the file to a database and move the file to a completed folder.
