Send an invite 7 days before an event starts and send an RSVP one day before

Hello,

I would like to create a flow to send an invite to a specific user group 7 days before an event starts, and ask for another RSVP one day before the event from users that accepted the initial invite.

The goal is to create social events in a shared calendar and have Flow automatically invite my company user group to them. Having Flow ask 7 days before, and then confirming attendance the day before the event will help me know how many people to expect and plan accordingly. I was able to put some things together from other posts, but I need help confirming the logic is correct and help with filling in fields for the cards in Flow:

1. Recurrence: every workday (Mon-Fri)

2. Outlook Get Events

3. Filter Array: events that are 7 days away

4. Apply to Each

5. Outlook Get Contacts: get company user group

6. Outlook Update Event: insert company user group into "Optional Attendees" field

I unfortunately have no idea how to do the 2nd part - getting the attendees from an event and asking them to RSVP again one day before. Thank you so much for any guidance you can give me!

    Hi @Anonymous ,

It seems that your logic is correct, if there is any problem, just ask.

Also regarding the 2nd part you mentioned, you could try sending a notification to remind attendees to reply to the event invitation.
