Calendar event to Excel spreadsheet (Recurring)

Hi y'all! I was able to create a flow that updates an excel document from my Outlook Calendar events from a specific category.

The problem here is that every time I run the flow, it copies all calendar appointments from a determined period. Instead, I would like it to add only calendar invitations from the month previous to the report (If I schedule a report to be ran by August 1st, adding all events from July, for example).

Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Thank you!

    Hey,

if you run the flow on the first day you could get the dates you need dynamically using the "add to time" action with negative values.

    1. Use the "Current Time" action to get Today's Date. (This would be the 1st of the month, when you run the flow)

    2. Use the "Add to time" action with "Base time" set to the above action (current time) and set its "Interval" to "-1" and the "Time unit" to "Month". So this will always return the 1st day of the last month.

    3. Use the "Add to time" action with "Base time" set to the above action (current time) and set its "Interval" to "-1" and the "Time unit" to "Day". So this will always return the last day of the last month (Yesterday), if you run the flow on the first day of a month.

    4. You can now use the dynamic values from step 2 and step 3 as values for your "Get calendar view of events" action.

@Caspar_Rubin thank you so much! This is very helpful!

Here is one "little" collateral effect that is going on right now. Even if I am running the flow once, it's adding the same calendar events to the excel file multiple times.

I am using the highlighter in this screenshot so you can better visualize what I am talking about.

Would you have any solution to this?

    Thank you so much again!
