Power Automate Desktop browser action

I am looking to use Power Automate to enable a browser action that logs into a website and downloads bills. This process includes several steps:
1. Log in to the website.
2. Navigate to the 'Bills' section.
3. For the bill type dropdown set to 'Active', click on each bill on the page, right-click to view the PDF, and then download the PDF.
4. This action needs to be performed for all 93 bills, with up to 25 bills viewable per page.
Every month, new bills are generated, and the same action needs to be repeated.
I am exploring Power Automate and would like to know if this can be done dynamically in a secure way for all 93 bills each time and every month using a simple workflow.

I am new to PAD community. Could you please let me know if I can get help with support in implementing the above task?
I tried by myself , however I could not figure our the loop action. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.
I have the same question (0)

    This seems feasible with PAD.

Any chance you could share a screen shot of the Bills page with the dropdown field displayed and hiding any private information? Also, a screen shot of what pops up when you right click to view PDF.

And possibly share the screen shot of the loop in PAD that is not working.

With screen shots I might be able to deduce the PAD flow steps.

Here is a video tutorial on this topic from a very helpful youtuber ...

@Cgangweg01 Thank you for your response. I have not created a loop yet as I could not complete the initial steps.
    1. I tried recreating the login into a utility website step. Password field was not being identified and the workflow was breaking.
    2. Logged into the website manually and recreated the further steps, I was able to 'View bill' it opens a webserver to view PDF preview. To view the entire PDF , there is a hyperlink 'PDF', upon clicking that it opens a PDF viewer, to further download the file, there is a download icon on top right corner.

Now the PAD flow breaks at identifying the download icon, my ultimate goal is to download the PDFs further using loop there are are around 93 bills every month in 25 pages.

@Cgangweg01 Any updates on my above response?
I am new to Power Automate and the community, and I was wondering if there is a platform that could help me accomplish this task. I would be grateful for any recommendations.
I acknowledge watching the above video, my work is closely related to that except that I have few additional steps to open, preview the pdf and then download to folder.

It will be a challenge for me to mimic everything you have provided a picture of and build a similar flow.
Any ideas for an open web site that has pages of PDFs to download that I could create a looping flow against?

However, it seems you have progressed.
    What Action are you using?
Is that last screen a PDF viewer in a browser or desktop PDF application?

I can't seem to get the same PDF experience as you, but I was able to automate clicking the download icon on the following screen with the action below.

@Cgangweg01  PDF viewer in a chrome browser.

    View bill- PDF previewed (Chrome)
PDF icon- PDF previewed in full (Chrome)
Then in the full preview of PDF, there is a download icon (which is currently not being captured by 'Add UI element' in (click on link on web page) action.
I see that you are clicking on idiomatic text, how is that achieved?
