Can you edit the SharePoint list directly and do all views you currently have work as expected. Also have you indexed (in SharePoint) all columns that you are using for any query criteria in either SharePoint Views or Power Apps Filter / LookUp functions ?

By edit sharepoint directly what do you mean? This is not a canvas app, but a list form edited with power apps, so if i try to open an item, it will take me to the power apps view. I just indexed everything again. in the sharepoint list view, yes i can see all columns that should be displayed.

So this is an Integrated (SharePoint) App and the list functions as normal with all the normal view functions ? Also you have re-indexed the List and and fields you are using to do Lookups, Filters or Sorts in Power Apps or SharePoint Views are indexed ?

Firstly use Settings > Form Settings > Use the default SharePoint form  Do not delete the Power App. Then see if you can save anything with that form. If so, restore the Power App as the form and see if it is fixed.

If not, it could be a corrupt Power App - try (In SharePoint) Settings > List Settings > Form Settings > See versions and usage > Versions and if you have made recent changes, restore the last version (you can always put the latest one back if this does not work).

Follow WarrenBelz's steps first. One additional thing to check given you have 14k items and this broke suddenly: SharePoint has a 5,000-item list view threshold. If a view or a Power Apps query is trying to return unfiltered or unindexed data from a list this size, SharePoint can start returning server errors rather than results, especially if a recent change removed an index or changed a filter.

Check if any columns you filter or sort on in the Power Apps form lost their index recently. Even if the list views work fine, Power Apps may be hitting a different query path that crosses the threshold.

If reverting to the default SharePoint form works (as WarrenBelz suggested), it points to a Power Apps form query issue rather than a SharePoint connectivity issue.

    Best regards,

@WarrenBelz @Valantis this was marked solved before coming back from holiday sorry didnt know I could unmark it and posted a new thread: Server error? Not possible to save items into sharepoint list

So the error is happening now on another sharepoint list with only 200 items so the bug is not regarding that.

Dunno how to deactivate the form without loosing my powerapp :/

To answer to the question on keeping your form, if you select the standard SharePoint Form, but do not select to delete the Power App, it will still be there if you want to switch back. If you are really worried abot the form, refer to this blog of mine - you can copy the entire screen Code, save it to Notepad and put it back whenever you need to.
