I have to send an approval request to one person ,If it did'nt got approved/Rejected with in 24 , send an followup email in every 24 hr until approved/Rejected else update the excel, How can I achieve that.

Need to implement a solution that doesn't force the workflow to wait for the full 24 hours , if approval comes earlier it will move ahead to next steps.

I have to use multiple approvals together , Approval 1,Approval 2,Approval 3,Approval 4, whenever 1 approval got approved/rejected it will move to approval 2,3,4.

Please provide the appropriate solution

You can set a timeout on the action.

Create as scope with a "Configure Run after" to handle your timeout

    Thankyou for reply, I appreciate.

But with this approach if first approval sent and didn't approved/Rejected and Approval 1 has the  Timeout , all the actions under scope execute and it just sent the Approval 2 but still Approval 1 is in requested mode. My concern is send Follow-up email in every 24 hr until didn't got Approved , then move to Approval 2 same approach for Approval 3 , Approval 4, Because output of 1 approval is input for other. Can you please help with this.

In below screenshot it show Approval 1 executed and still that request is not Approved/Rejected, but after Timeout it moved to next step and got the second Approval .

This LinkedIn article covers how to send follow-up mails after every 24 hrs.

You need to modify this flow as per your requirement, but it covers the way to achieve your requirement.
