Filtering a list of records from Dynamics

I am trying to check if a record already exists before creating a new entry. I pulled up a List records and tried use the Filter Query, but I'm getting an error. This is what that looks like:

I believe that my ODATA needs to be better. Any thoughts from anyone?

I suspect you have uploaded a screenshot of the issue you mentioned?

Sorry to say that it seems the image is not showing correctly, could you please upload it again?
