Cannot read server response

I can run the flow on my computer but when another computer attempts to run the flow I get an error. Unauthorized error 401 with the inner error stating cannot read server responses. Any idea what the fix for this is?

    @ChristianAbata

    I deleted the "create item" action and re did it but now I am getting the original error again. Any other suggestions?

    I am still struggling with this.

    redid the whole flow from scratch and used the admin of the sharepoint page as the connection. And just like before, I can run the flow flawlessly from my computer but when we run it from another computer it fails with the 401 error, same as above picture.  I just do not have any idea why this would be happening.
