Hello All,
I have a working flow where hourly email reports are forwarded to several people. The issue is that these forwarded reports clutter the Sent Folder of the mailbox and other important mails sent have to searched. Is there any way to filter/delete these forwarded emails from the Sent Folder only? I tried Delete Email action but there is "Message Id" only for the original email and not the sent one. Can someone help me on this ?
I'd suggest to go another way: Choose some kind of unique prefix for the subject of your forwarded mail and create rules in Outlook to put them in a mailbox subfolder directly. I am doing this myself - works like a charm. You can also set up a shared mailbox where the reports are sent to.
