Did something changed last week in power automate? I'm getting errors in flow.

Hello
during the last week, and until today, I'm encountering a "mysterious" behavior in one of my flows which I haven't changed for months. Suddenly (and occasionally) some steps producing errors, I noticed that the steps than use outlook to send emails and most of the time actions that use Teams to send messages.

A common message is the following

Request to Azure Resource Manager απέτυχε με σφάλμα: "{"error":{"code":"WorkflowRunActionNotFound","message":"The workflow 'XXXXX' run 'XXXXX action 'Δημοσίευση_μηνύματος_σε_συνομιλία_manager' could not be found."}}".
'Δημοσίευση_μηνύματος_σε_συνομιλία_manager' is the name of the action, contains greek characters.
Do you have any idea?

A recent error I received.

the following screenshot is a biggest part of the automation that includes the above branch
The text is in greek. The action that creates the error it tries to send a simple email with data from the form. If I remove the action then the process may stop to a following step (i have one that gets the user's profile). If you need something more please ask.

After extensive test and trial, losing many hours of my productivity I found why this errors appeared.

I realized that when I was retrieving user's details (responder's email) from the form dynamically I had this error in actions using it(send email, or get user profile etc.), I tried to define the email as a static text and it worked, that's how I found (finally) that was a problem with the form's dynamic fields(which I haven't touched for months until the problem).

I Deleted the action's using the form, the trigger and the get form details by response id, and then everything were working fine.

I've lost many many hours...

Hello,

We have also been having issues with all our flows since the end of August. I am getting the same errors when trying to retrieve the data from a flow run and all our flows have trouble running smoothly. Each flow run end with an error but at different actions
