How do i write a condition not equal or greater than?

please be more specific. Do you need that as part of an ODATA filter query? In that case it would be "ne" and "gt".
Or is it as part of PowerFx? Use expressions in conditions in Power Automate - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn
it is part of the condition, I need to filter the days before today. The number of days should not be equal to or greater than 100days.
