Email sent from Power Automate Flow to non org e mail id (Send an E Mail (V2) is appearing in Outlook Sent folder but the e mail is not getting received in recipient folder. Can some body help

Email sent from Power Automate Flow to non organization e mail id (Send an E Mail (V2) is appearing in Outlook Sent folder but the e mail is not getting received in recipient folder. 

I created the same type of flow earlier & that seems working fine till last two months. That has also got a

    Send a mail to the same recipient using Outlook and trace it.

    I tried sending the e mail to same recipient from outlook. It's working from there but unable to send the same from flow.

    If both emails sent by the flow and sent by Outlook have the same sender?
