calling Universal Print API (Create Print Job)

I'm working on a power Automate workflow,
where base64 text is converted to binary and then 
Universal Print API for Creating Print Job is Implemented.

But as of the permission criteria, Access token from grant type as client Credentials are not working(giving 403):


But if I'm trying :
 
Some Error is Showing:

if there is any solution for Successful usage of Create Print job, then please suggest.

    I have never tried with any print API but while reading the microsoft doc with respect to the HTTP With Microsoft Entra ID Connector. I found that  we need to download a script from GitHub and run it as Global Admin to establish the connection.
