Problem with work flow

I'm currently working with SharePoint and Power Automate to generate a workflow. I've created a "Invoices" library in SharePoint containing all invoices from previous years. The workflow, created with Power Automate, is supposed to search through all invoices and then list the recurring annual invoices with their total amount, service/scope, invoice number, etc. The workflow works, but it doesn't generate a detailed list.

I am looking for an online support who can check my work flow.

    Thanks for sharing the details of your setup and workflow. From what you described, the flow is successfully finding the invoices but not producing the detailed list you’re expecting.

    To better understand how to help, what is your ultimate goal for this workflow? For example, are you trying to generate a yearly summary report (perhaps in a SharePoint list, Excel file, or email) that lists each recurring annual invoice with its total amount, service/scope, invoice number, and other details?

    Once I know your ultimate goal, I can suggest how to adjust the actions (such as loops, aggregations, or report output) so the workflow generates the detailed list you need.

    What is your ultimate goal for the output of this flow?

    I assume when you say the flow works but doesn't generate a detailed list, you mean to say that it does not return all of the items you expected to find? There are multiple reasons this can happen, but without seeing the configuration of your workflow, it is hard to say what the problem is.
    1. Do have more than 100 invoices in this document library?
      1. If so, are you using a get items action to return the files? By default, the get items action returns only the first 100 items. You need to enable paging to return more items.
    2. Does your document library have metadata columns that stores the details you listed: invoice with its total amount, service/scope, invoice number?
      1. If not, how are you expecting for this data to be returned? Are you using an AI builder action to get this information?
    Please share a screen shot of the flow and how it is configured, and also provide details on what you mean by it doesn't provide a detailed list.
