I`ve tried exporting this twice, i don`t get a zip download pop-up or anything. These keep staying there, and its been like 30 minutes already?
What could be the problem?
I'm currently having the same issue. Did you ever resolve this? I kind of suspect it's some sort of browser policy blocking the download.
i am having a similiar issues. started web recorder, went to the web site to download a file and works fine. whenever i run it though it just seems to get stuck in a downloading screen while trying to export.......would be great to get an answer
Follow-up... The Solution Export issue I had appears to be a bug in the Azure Government instance I'm using (i.e. not Commercial Azure).
The workaround I successfully used is going to Solutions Classic Mode as shown below and do the export from there. It took a while, but eventually your browser will indicate a Download.
@fstupot Yours sounds like a different problem, i.e. not Solution Export.
