Hi,

Is there a way to identify when someone creates a flow in the Default environment?

You could for example use a scheduled flow and the list flows as admin (v2) action (that action supports the selection of a specific environment). With a Filter Array action you can check the Flow Created Time and check if the date time is since yesterday (i.e. newly created flows since yesterday).

Below is an example

addDays(utcNow(), -1)
