I've ensured that the user has read and access permissions to the shared mailbox. Tried sending emails to the shared mailbox to trigger the power automate workflow - I get nothing....

This is the error I found in the flow checker.

The specified object was not found in the store., Default folder Inbox not found.

The account you are using to run the flow should have full access to the shared mailbox.

As @ViktorIvanidze has mentioned, the account used by the flow’s connection (the account that owns and runs the flow) will need Full Access permissions: which allows the connection to open the mailbox, read every email, download attachments, and deleting or moving items etc.

If you have just been granted the permissions, note that the new permissions should take effect within about 5 minutes, but it can take longer.

    Hi,

Make sure the trigger is When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox , not the personal mailbox trigger.
In the trigger, type the shared mailbox address manually --no dynamic value and pick the Inbox folder again.
Confirm you have at least Full Access read + manage on the shared mailbox, not just Send As/Read, and that the mailbox appears in Outlook for your account.
After permissions are granted or changed, wait some minutes, re-create the connection in the trigger, save the flow, and test by sending a fresh email to the shared mailbox.

If I have answered your question, please mark it as the preferred solution ✅ . If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up 👍.
    Regards,
    Riyaz
