MS Form Data to Sharepoint List Not Updating

I created a flow to extract MS Form data to a sharepoint list, including attachments. It was functioning as intended but the list no longer updates even though the flow is successfully running. The only change made afterwards was the creation of the multiple views in lists. I have since deleted the views but the submissions still do not populate and the flow runs successfully. Is the "Limit Columns by view" under Create Item the issue perhaps? The form itself has multiple sections, not all are completed - it depends on the request, so not every column will be filled out. Any idea why the flow successfully runs but the list does not update?

@almadosol Can you display the outputs of a successful flow run with all of the actions expanded? A flow can run successfully without completing certain actions. I'm going to assume that based on what you've said above where not all sections are complete.

This might be an issue when parsing the JSON. I would assume the Apply to Each action doesn't run because there is nothing to loop through.

    Hope this helps!
