How do I get a work email address to run my flows on the cloud?

Hello,

I do not currently have a work or school email address to be able to get license to share my desktop flows. I am currently using a personal email for PAD. I am not a student and I run a retail business. How do I go about getting a work email to use? Will creating a website for my business and then using the business email that comes along with my website work?
