for example-
Processing transaction no.1.......and so on...

I am not sure whether you are talking about Power Automate Desktop or Power Automate Cloud flow
If you are talking about Power Automate cloud - there is no option for logging right now, but you can create custom logging by logging details to some datasources like dataverse, excel files etc- Refer this one for your reference

In Power Automate Desktop- There is Log Message action which helps to log messages and can be viewed from Power Automate cloud portal.
