cannot access Power Automate inside M365 family

why accessing power automate inside M365 family requires an organizational account while ms already know we are just individuals ? if forbidden, why not hiding the icon of power automate or clearly explain in advance ? that way of deceiving and limiting customers is unacceptable.

    Unfortunately at the moment there is no much focus on UI, hopefully they will look into it in the future. You can potentially get a dev tenant to build flows, but is more for learning etc, info here https://youtu.be/Wzwb5HFTqzk?si=Mr8H_qAUrlWPELsL
