The person that set up my flow is no longer with the company and the flow is not working because her email address is no longer active. What can I do to remove her email address to reinstate the flow?
Have you contacted your environment admin to see if they can make you the primary owner? To do that, the flow would need to be inside a solution. Ownership cannot be changed for non‑solution flows. See Change the owner of a cloud flow in Power Automate - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn. Once they do that, you can update the connection reference to use connections with your credentials.
If the flow is not in a solution, then the admin may be able to export the flow to a legacy ZIP package and give it to you. You can then import it, and during import you can reassign the connection references to your own credentials. This effectively creates a new version of the flow that you own. However, depending on how the flow was built, sometimes it is not possible to export a non‑solution flow, especially very old flows or certain connector combinations. In that case, the simplest option is to recreate the flow from scratch. See Solved: Change the owner of a non-solution cloud flow
