I'm new to using Workflow and Power Automate.  I created a test workflow to notify me of a status change, but I get the following error.  If anyone has an idea or can clarify some things for me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Failed to install the Power Automate app in Microsoft Teams for team with ID '7712cef3-6ee3-4535-ac3a-abb48f0a33a8'. Please try adding the Power Automate app to this team directly from the Microsoft Teams client. Error details: '{"error":{"code":"BadRequest","message":"An unexpected error(Type = UnableToFetchTeamOwner) occurred. Please try again.","innerError":{"code":"InvalidRequest","message":"An unexpected error(Type = UnableToFetchTeamOwner) occurred. Please try again.","details":[],"date":"2026-03-11T16:09:50","request-id":"8119c411-9c75-4dcd-b09a-fb9e06012efe","client-request-id":"9753742f-a221-4ff7-8593-a6129f2c6c93"}}}'

    Hi there!

Always glad to help.  Can you please paste in some screenshots of your flows?  It is going to help many of us connect the dots and you will get a handful of replies quickly.

In general terms though, Planner only has 3 triggers available right now:

    1)  when a task is assigned to me
    2)  when a new task is created
    3)  when a task is completed

Beyond that though, you can run a scheduled flow and check as often as you want and check if the status is "X"  but real-time status changes are not ideal in planner.  What are you really taking about is status changes in a SharePoint List and you have all options, including real-time, on your status column changes.
