Excel online flow (shared) that has been working for years is no longer showing for owner or anyone else. Prompted to sign in when accessing Flow menu, but it never seems to sign in. Excel online shows that user is signed in

Have you contacted your IT department or the admin of your Power Platform environments? What you describe sounds like something one of them will need to resolve. Your environment admins can see all of the flows in an environment. When you are trying to find it, are you looking under the shared flows tab? If so, have your tried filtering by the flow name:

Also, did you remember to switch to the environment where the flow was created? You may have access to more than one environment, and the flow may be in a different one than the one where you are looking.

I can see in the power automate app as a shared app. We only have the default environment. I'm the IT admin =) So any other pointers would be great. Worked until yesterday.

Excel online (what we have used for years)  under "Automate/Automation Templates" in Ribbon only generic information shows. Under Data/Flow (just keep getting prompted to sign in, but doesn't seem to satisfy authentication.

Excel Desktop "Automate/Automation Templates" just spins and never loads. Data/Flow allows me to perform but warns of deprecated functionality.

If you are the environment admin, go to Power Automate analytics | Power Platform admin center. Then from the menu choose Power Automate > Inventory:

Note: you'll need to change the last used filter to actually see them all. I have not found a way to see them all. You must choose a last used filter. You can export the view to Excel to make it easier to find the flow that you cannot find.

If you know how to use PnP PowerShell, you can run these commands to get an export of the flows from your environment (update the yellow highlighted text accordingly):
    1. Get-Command -Module Microsoft.PowerApps.Administration.PowerShell
    2. Get-AdminFlow -EnvironmentName YOUR-ENV-GUID | Select-Object DisplayName, FlowName, CreatedTime, LastModifiedTime, Enabled | Export-Csv -Path "C:\Users\YOUR-ACCT\ENV-NAME-flows.csv" -NoTypeInformation
