    Hi @Subodh-Gupta

    While configuring the value, you can add a expression as below

    For Date:

    formatDateTime('DateValue', 'yyyy-MM-dd')

    Replace DateValue with your actual DateValue

    For Number:

    formatNumber(300, '0.00')

    Hi @Subodh-Gupta

    You should use the expression provided by @Srini007  in Create HTML Table action itself , see below

    Nived_Nambiar_0-1715509651657.png

    This is excel file used for demo flow purposes

    This is flow designed to send html table

    Nived_Nambiar_1-1715509725937.png

    Expression -

    formatDateTime(item()?['Date'],'yyyy-MM-dd')

    Nived_Nambiar_2-1715509758848.png

    Expression -

    formatNumber(float(item()?['Currency']),'#.00')

    Now use send email
    Nived_Nambiar_3-1715509798300.png

    Expression (to add border to table)

    replace(body('Create_HTML_table'),'<table>','<table border="1">')

    Now see the result

    Hi @Subodh-Gupta

    Currently you are passing the values directly without any expression in create html table action, so to format you have to place the expression as above post inside the create html table

    So that you can get desired output
