Invoke Web Service Request Limit

Hi All,

I'm hitting an issue today with the Invoke Web Service action in power automate desktop.

It sits in a loop and I would like to be able to apply it roughly every 20 seconds to ask ChatGPT a new question.

When the routine is executed the Invoke Web Service action works as expected the first four times.

On the fifth try however I get the following error:

Failed to invoke web services: the remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests.

It would appear I am hitting some sort of request limit.

For the project I am working on I had hoped to be able to access ChatGPT hundreds of times per day; maybe this in unrealistic?

I'd be very grateful if anybody can shed some light on this for me?

Thanks

Do you have a paid subscription for the OpenAI API? If you do not, you can only run a few requests before hitting a limit (depending more on the number of words you send in your request, than the actual number of requests). See here for reference on their pricing: https://openai.com/pricing

    Thanks Agnius.

You are correct. As a free user a request per minute limitation of 4 applied.

I have since added some funds to my account and I now have a request per minute limitation of 3,500.

More than enough for my intended application.

Thanks for setting me on the right track.
