I am trying to have power automate send out automated emails when a new file is uploaded or modified but it is coming back with a failed status. Any suggestions?

Hi @CB-19012128-0,

I suggest you just by highlevel information it's very difficult to understand you issue, you need to explain it every clearly by stating what you have done and what error you are getting, because we don't know your flow, so you need to be clear in asking a question. Providing screenshots and explaining will help to understand the issue

I am trying to do an email notification from Sharepoint every time a file is uploaded. Doing an automated flow. Please see the screenshot below. I am trying to send the email to multiple people at once. Is this possible?

Hi @CB-19012128-0,

Instead of Mail -> Send an email notification (V3) use Office 365 Outlook -> Send an email (V2) action

Hi @CB-19012128-0,

adding to @Srini007 response,
The issue is that you are using the Outlook.com connector, which is only for personal accounts like @outlook.com or @hotmail.com. If you are using a work or school account, this will fail. For email notifications in an organization, you must use the Office 365 Outlook connector and actions like Send an email (V2). This connector is built for work accounts and Exchange Online
