I have a lot of items with checkboxes (word document)
 
 
and here is my column in SharePoint:
 
Is there any way to show it on word file when checked or unchecked?
 
I'm using power automate and power apps here.

    Hi
     
    I do not know the format you want in Word, so its hard to give you a perfect answer but
     
     
    1. Create An Automated Flow or if you want to do this every day, then use a Scheduled Flow
    2. If NOT scheduled, then use the an item is created or updated (sharepoint)
    3. When it triggers, use a Compose, to create a list of the questions and answer for the incoming changed item
     
    now you can use the Create a File action to save it
    --use the output of the Compose, to be the Content of the document.
    --Make sure to name is something.doc or something.docx 
     
    And now you created a document with it there.

    Hi, FLMike, I have a power app with all of these checkboxes, so the output is going to be in a word document template which populate the information via power automate.
     
    Currently whatever checkboxes I select in power app, its not showing in Output (word doc).
