My users may have a Power Automate license or not.
I created an environment called "Production A" where only few users are allowed to create flows. People that can't create flows there may have or not a PowerAutomate license.
This is fine, it is the expected behaviour.
These flows on "Production A" can start approvals, that can be approved by any users of the company.
However, when the flow is running with an approver that is not "maker" on this environment, I get the error 'UsersNotMemberOfSecurityGroup' [....] The user cannot be created in Microsoft Dataverse because the account is not member of the group '[GroupUID]'
I'm told by an admin that if we add all the users in the group [GroupUID], it will solve the approval issue, but that all users with a PowerAutomate license will be ablle to create flows in the environment "Production A".
=> is it true ?
=> if yes, how to proceed to have the approval working without ppl being able to create flows in "Production A" ?
